The service
AskedAboutYou sends questions about a business category and city to AI model providers and shows you the text that comes back, plus a score computed from those replies and a list of suggested actions. A free scan is limited, usually to one scan per email. Paid plans add more questions, more configured models, weekly repeats, and the full action steps. The current limits and prices are on the pricing section of the site.
No guarantee of placement
Model answers change between runs. A score is a summary of one sample, shown with a band for that reason. We do not guarantee that your business will be recommended, that a score will rise, or that you will gain customers, rankings, or revenue. Actions are suggestions based on the scan. You are responsible for what you publish and for following the rules of Google, review sites, and anyone else you contact.
Accounts
Sign-in is a link sent to your email. You are responsible for that inbox. Do not share a sign-in link. We may refuse or end access if a scan is used to harass, defame, or mislead, or if it threatens the stability of the service.
Acceptable use
You may scan a business you operate, or a competitor’s public category, in order to read what models say. You may not use the report to publish false statements about another business, to fake reviews, or to imply that we certified a ranking. You may not resell the raw model output as if you were the model provider.
Payment
Paid plans are billed in US dollars by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the seller of record and handles tax. The subscription renews until you cancel. Cancellation stops the next charge. Access for the period you already paid continues until that period ends, and weekly scans stop after that. The $9 report unlocks the action steps for one scan and does not include monitoring. If payments are not configured on a given server, checkout is unavailable. Local mock checkout, when shown, does not charge a card and is not a real purchase.
Your content and ours
You keep the business facts you submit. You give us permission to send those facts to model providers for the scan and to store the replies so we can show them to you and to anyone you share the result link with. Result links are unlisted. They are not a private vault: anyone with the link can read that scan. The site design, score method, and software belong to Zavva Holdings, LLC. Model replies remain subject to the model provider’s terms.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for lost profits, lost customers, or decisions you make from a scan. Our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the three months before the claim, or fifty US dollars if you paid nothing. Some places do not allow these limits. In those places, the limit applies only as far as the law allows. This paragraph is draft language for a lawyer to rewrite.
